Get ready for a good muscle burn! NO equipment needed today, just a sweat towel and some water! This workout can be modified to fit your fitness level so don’t worry if you cant jump, you can always step it out! I loved the burn that this workout provided and guys I promise you the feeling of accomplishing this one is INCREDIBLE! Focus on the power of getting high in your jumps versus going fast and really explode out of the bottom of your jumps! This one is tough but you are STRONG! LET’S CRUSH IT!

  1. So glad you talked about DOMS today. Sometimes it happens to me even though I stretch and foam roll frequently and I tend to get down on myself and think I’m doing something wrong. It’s weird to say but I feel relieved that sometimes even you get it! Totally feeling my calves today as well lol #ICrushedIt
