EPIC Afternoon Heavy Aircraft CLOSE-UP Takeoffs | Sydney Airport Plane Spotting – Sydney Video

Featuring: A380s, B747s & B777s!

Sydney boasts an impressive array of heavy aircraft takeoffs in the afternoon. However, the small rush between 4pm-5pm is by far the most interesting. Consisting of 2 A380s, 2 747s and the only european airline that flies to Australia.

The famous beach spot and international carpark provide amazing views of the rush when runway 34L/R is in use like it was in this video. Although the conditions were not ideal (very hot and windy), baring the heat was well worth catching this rush in full swing!

Without further ado, I hope you enjoy my take on some of Sydney’s afternoon takeoffs!

  13. Sydney always has it so good with the A380s, A330s, 747s and 787s. British Airways is the sole European Airline flying to Australia, however KLM, Lufthansa, Air France and Aeroflot had previously flown to Sydney and Melbourne.
